Playable characters?
So I have been making a list of all the characters I have and need. I see on wikisimpsons TO Characters there's Gil And Lyle Lanley. Were these ever added as playable characters?

@lloydearwa87 - They're not ownable, never mind playable.
Lyle Lanley is just around during the Monorail questline and Gil just shows up with offers
