I know that has been discussed before but I can't find the thread. What is the deal with Patty and the She-She Lounge tasks?

when you get to Solitary Sapphoholics Pt. 2, there are two required tasks: Make Springfielders Party at the She-She Lounge (0/6) and Make Patty Drink at Moe's (0/1). don't ever complete Patty's "Make Patty Drink at Moe's" task, and you will forever be able to send the majority of your characters to party at the she-she lounge.
to avoid setting patty on that task, i always set her on her 24hr task.
