It won't send me the code

Question

I can't get logged in. The system kicked me out and it won't send me the code .... What am I supposed to do? Tried clearing cache, turning off the phone, reset the router and uninstall/reinstall on the app. Help??! We only have so much time left.&nbsp;

Log in to your ea account at ea.com. check your info. add a mobile phone number. change your password there to less than 15 characters with only letters and numbers. then try again, use the phone number if you need to to get the code
