Poor Krustyland!

I agree krustyland is the step child. There was a link a few weeks back with ideals for krustyland. Like using the abandoned go carts.

So much can be added.

Mount splashmore & itchy and scratchy land come to mind.
  • it provides a good design challenge to have so much land and so little content. The fact that theme parks are not on a grid the way cities are, also presents a unique challenge. That said, once youre done with the redesign, youre left with nothing much to do or reason to tap. I'd like to see them release content for KL along with every level update.
  • A big event in Krustyland is what we need. Unfortunately Krustyland takes a lot of time and Krustyland tickets to build so newbies would not be able to play.

I think the Princess Penelope level was designed to revive interest in it - but it caused impatience and even more disinterest.

Grateful for the precious few decorations that can be transferred there. But not all that grateful.
  • They need to give the Krustyland shuttle (in normal Springfield) a bonus multiplier for different levels. (Say 2% for level 3, 4% for level 4, and 8% for level 5). I think that should encourage people to develop their KLs more.

As for updates, maybe they should just put Maggie with a KL ride. On the show she was the only Simpson who was enthusiastic about visiting Blockoland. If they want to put that stuff in (remember Tavern on the Scream is from Itchy & Scratchy Land), then pairing it with her would be easy.
  • I would love to have some more stuff to use in Krustyland, I've spent quite an amount of time designing it and as above thank goodness for the easter, valentines and even the CoC stuff that can be used there it definitely helps, to be honest I can't see why they could not release some extra events or even just level based tasks at the higher levels based around Krustyland, I've got some 600,000 tickets just sat doing nothing as there is nothing to buy with them, so why not add a few bits with each level up that can be bought such as level 51 a few decorations, 52 a new ride, I'm sure you get where I'm going. .........
  • I do agree with all of you, and also witb ThatDonald about the tickets. One of the biggest problems is that everything is purchased with tickets, and they're not easy to get. (600,000 tickets??? Holy macaroni!! I wish I had half of that!) I don't understand why we have to purchase certain items with tickets in Krustyland when the same items can be purchased with in-game 'cash' in Springfield. So frustrating!

EA!!!!!! TAKE NOTICE!!!!!! You created Krustyland. So what happened? If you add items, (more decorations, rides, etc.), there would be a renewed interest in that part of the game. So PLEASE do something!! There are still those of us who enjoy decorating BOTH sections. And I'm sure that there would be more interest... just get off your "Duff"!!!
  • Even if they included KL in an event with its own questline and prizes, that would be better than nothing. People who don't have KL yet could skip that part of the event , just the way that people who don't have a certain premium item skip that part of a level update.

Exactly! When I first started, it was just prior to last year's Valentine's Day event. One of the prizes was the Tunnel of Love. I didn't even get to the Krustyland part of the game, but that didn't matter. After winning the prize, it remained in my storage until I was able to use it. And, boy! I was really happy to have it! So you're right... it really shouldn't matter if you're not that far along, because you'll get there eventually... And you'll be glad to have those extra items.
  • I would like it if more of the stuff from Springfield could go in Krustyland. I have a bunch of things I like, but I don't have room for so it would be great if I could put some of it over in KL. Like the castles from CoC. I'd love to put a castle in my medieval themed area. I'd love love love to go through my storage and things in KL so they aren't just sitting there.

It does take some time to get tickets, but on my second town where I'm still getting all the stuff for KL, I send everyone over who had KL tasks between events and it's not taking that long to get everything built. And more food stands and more games! I dislike having so many duplicates of everything but I have to if I want to keep it at five stars. KL in my main town needs some more work and I have plenty of tickets. But it's kind of blah with all the same decorations everywhere.
  • I think another map is in order. I don't want them to allow people to junk regular items into Krustyland. It would be very annoying for neighbor visits. Are there any tappable items available there, and do they pay regular cash? If so, which ones? I don't want them to mix them up.

Also, KL does not share the same bonus multipliers as regular SF. A new map could count as part of SF, and they could share the bonus.
  • I think all event items should be placeable in KL. It just makes sense. A medieval area and a futuristic city area would make much more sense in a theme park than in Springfield.
