Premium Item Recommendation?
i'd go for the lab. Luanne is ok open air stage has task for many people but thats it. Sprawl mart only has one job for agnes so useless. Com.center is soso.

next thing on my personal list is Frink's lab. (Put serious consideration into buying him after the donut-fest that was Halloween, but I got the ray gun instead.)
Why? Well, he's entertaining. Every time I see him in a neighboring town he's doing something cool. More than a lot of premium characters, he gets to be part of the storyline (Halloween walkthrough talked about him having a goo task, though a lot of premium characters didn't, not even Boobarella) and the building is pretty sweet looking. Also, it's one of the higher-paying buildings on the premium list, hourly.
I've seen a few people express regret over getting the open-air stage, but with the new multi-tap system, they probably aren't regretting it as much.
