So I took a minute today after I got up and logged in to hit the edit button (and turned off the buildings and decorations) then started counting criminals.

I counted 30.

I didn't think to check my pie tally and count the Signals first so I could compute what I actually earned, so that's still up in the air. Plus I didn't have time - I had a dental appointment to get to and had to get stuff tapped out and get there (2 fillings and a temporary crown - the Lidocaine has almost worn off so I can eat without chewing the inside of my mouth to pieces...)
