Of course I tapped out 32 neighbor taps in Freemium and 18 neighbor taps in Premium. Plus 2 Felons in each town at ? pies each...

I've thought about starting a third town just to do some criminal counts at various times, but there's no way I know of to delete it so it just doesn't feel right.

What I've found about timing is this ... It takes 2.5 hours to generate 30 criminals. At 3 hours, I'm still finding only 30. At 4 hours, I'm still getting 30. It's not until I get OVER the 5-hour marker that I get that bank to trigger. That's why I never have found, say, 45 criminals. There's a "dead zone" between 30 and 60. At least, that's what I'm seeing.

I try to visit my town approximately every 4 hours to reset felon-fighting and clear atomic whatchamacallits from buildings. But I'm no longer clearing out my criminals at those times. If I cleared out my criminals at 4 hour intervals, I would lose out on 18 criminals. And if I clear it out 1 minute before that 5-hour marker hits, I'll lose 30. :(

If anyone else is experiencing anything differently, I hope they'll post it, because if this information is unique to me, I don't want others following it. :oops:

NOTE: There WOULD be times that you'd find more than 30 in your town, if you were in your town while new ones were spawning. If you start tapping a few criminals (and keeping count), then you take more than 5 minutes setting all your characters on task, clearing off buildings, and finish squishing criminals, another criminal will generate while you're in there.
