Completely agree, I'm not going to spend donuts on something I can get for free. If I'm not sleeping then I'm tapping so I should have no problem getting all the crafting items. I'm just a little impatient :)

Does anyone know if these buildings are just decoration or will they payout once built?

I think all will have a normal building payout.

They will have normal payouts intill those items are offered for doughnuts at a latter date then they become premium, and their payouts will increase.

Maybe. I've noticed several premium buildings with the same payouts as freemium buildings with the same timer.
