Just had a quick look but couldn't spot the thread, think there was speculation that the increase was to do with tax being added but I'm not sure, if I can find the thread I'll pop a link in here for you.

Sorry, but if you aren't paying U.S. dollars for a U.S. product, you should expect the occasional price fluctuation. A company doesn't have control over exchange rates, foreign taxes and fees, whatever's going on with iTunes overseas, etc.

I'll be locking this thread, as it's a duplicate.
