I do zoning in my town and I see that it may become a problem. For example my Halloween area is getting bigger and I foresee that I need to expand my zone for next Halloween. My beaches were also a problem as I feel it should be used by the elites' buildings but instead my westworld and Halloween occupy a big chunks of it. With lands coming in pieces, it is getting harder to shift things around.
