Light blue areas in the sea in Sulani?

I have a question about the water in Sulani. Every now and then special areas in the sea are light blue and kind of glistening. It occurs near Mua Pel'am. There's nothing to click on when they appear, and I wonder what that is? Or is it just colder water? :o

    It's bioluminescence, or more accurately bioluminescent phytoplankton, since bioluminescence itself is just the phenomenon.

    It's supposed to show the waters of Sulani are getting healthier.

    I was wondering what that was, too. I thought maybe it was moonlight. Interesting.
