Works fine for me now, the footer is fixed, the constant reloading is gone and the pm notifier isn't doubling up.
Edit: Spoke too soon, its bus-diddily-usted again.
I think it broke after I opened a second tab of the forum by clicking a link in a comment. (Just in case that info helps whoever is fixing things)
