So far as I know, anyone can post an image in their message, and it is my understanding that anyone can have a picture in their signature line (like my patty/Selma one below)
The only thing we need approval for is the avatar.
So any of you who didn't get promoted might want to put an image in your signature line. Don't recall size to use ... )
I hope I'm right about all of this.
