So going from the message can you not post HTML/BB code images until you are promoted as well?
It used to be like that, but they changed that a couple of years ago, now the avatar is the only thing you need to wait for.
Anyone can also have pics in your signature, if you use the right bb code, so that can be a substitute for anyone still waiting for an avatar. :)
