Was waiting for this :P
Pro : A great way to look at collector items for any Simpsons Advocate.
Con : Date started and amount of spare time affects what you have.- Pros is that it's a fun game and EA has a good pulse on what the forum regulars want. Cons are that donuts are expensive and premium donut prices are so arbitrary. For instance, why is the Rich Texan 85 donuts and a friggin Bartman skin 90 donuts?

Not arbitrary at all, that's how business/supply and demand works. Bartman is an iconic character in a way the rich Texan isn't, so EA judge that players will be prepared to pay 90 donuts for the skin and only 85 for the Texan.
My daughter's favourite clothes store sells band t shirts, and those featuring the likes of Kiss and Led Zeppelin go for £15, while those featuring lesser known acts go for £10. Exactly the same actual t shirts, just different images ... Same principle in action. lyle_catcliffe wrote:

Bartman isn't 90 donuts.
I think 55, right? I'm thinking of a different skin, maybe Fruit Batman? Point is, sometimes skins are more donuts than actual characters and that's silly in my opinion.- If this is the case, surprised no one mentioned donut prices on npcs that don't help you in game. I think Santa's little helper is 120 donuts to bark. Not complaining, but as cooper said, supply and demand. Santa's little helper is prime for anyone playing who was a child when season 2 was new on tv. Though if I'm throwing money into a game it has to in some way benefit me. That's just my opinion on this.
- Pretty much. Premium NPCs are a joke.
