Jackpot Realty doesn’t make a noticeable real-time difference to land acquisition. I think EA pitched it well as a bonus item - nice to look at and a little bit useful, but nothing close to being the powerhouse token generator that GGR was/is. The only way to gobble up the land is with donuts. Lots and lots of donuts.
