you can get way more than 4.75% for a lot less with other items.

There's no rational reason to buy this. It is just like other "Super Premium" items that are just overpriced to snag people who like those sort of bragging rights, and/or the Collectors who must have *everything*.

I wasn't around for the Gold Mansion, but I would have probably passed on it. I did buy the Shadow Knight Thrown and Ghost Ship, and regret neither.

Truckasaurus? It's kinda cool, but ultimately it's a pass for me.

It's now in displAy in front of the sports complex I say it's neat item

It's too expensive for me and too big. It would probably just end up in storage along with King Kong Homer and Satan's Anvil.

I got it because I genuinly like it and it's from one of my favorite episodes. to each their own.

I couldn't pass on it, because it is iconic to me. I have it in the center of town for now, but am thinking I will incorporate it into my downtown entertainment district. I like it with the stadium, coliseum, casino, racetrack, and strip club. I probably won't be able to do a proper redesign until after Christmas, with all these new items recently acquired. It is hard just to place them now without any new land.

Truckasaurus is from an absolute classic Simpson episode (people calling it "giant robot dinosaur" are depressing me), but there was no way I was going to get it at that price. Insanity.
