Puritan Flanders went missing

Anyone solved their problem yet?Mine is still missing, and I've re installed twice.

Has anyone solved this issue? My skin is still missing and I cant complete any of the Thanksgiving tasks

I found this: Lisa's skin went missing last thanksgiving. I don't remember this myself but if reading this helps anyone get their Flanders skin back.
