Quest bubble lost
I honestly think even if you lost your quest bubble because of a crash, the quest should show up on you task book and you can continue through the progression of the game. At level 30 I usually crash ...

The questline that eventually leads to building King Toot's came very late for me... Just before I started building the Town Hall if I remember correctly. It will show it in due time I think, just continue playing as normal :)
