Question about "Climbing up to the D-list"
Why am I being prompted to start some quest that was supposed to happen way back in n 31? What's the end-state of this quest? I can't remember doing it a year ago.

Did you recently finish Money Mountain? A few of us recently reported a similar issue in this forum. Likely a bug that kept those quests from starting that is somehow trrigerred by finishing MM.
