Question about "Climbing up to the D-list"
Why am I being prompted to start some quest that was supposed to happen way back in n 31? What's the end-state of this quest? I can't remember doing it a year ago.

Is the quest related to the MM. As in does it require Burns (gorilla vest) or is it carried out at the MM?
