Apu at the Quicky Mart - I give him constant 24 hr jobs since he doesn't usually trigger any quests

I don't know that I'd say that the jobs are always running, but I am quite fond of:
Grandpa Feeding the Birds
Fat Tony Taking Care of a Problem (love the body dumping animation at the end)
Nelson playing the guitar (purely for the raccoon on top of the house)
Smithers exercising for Burns (I love the 2 character task and I hope we get more of those)
I miss Flanders and his snowmobile :(
