Bug Report - Prestigious Quest Overthrowing Power not counting

I’d report this to the bug reports, but the bug reporting system is also bugged (shocker, there). I cannot get the Preview Button to switch to the Post button.

You need to fill in all boxes, including any other information, otherwise you can't post.
