- In all the time that it has been up there, not one person has ever had a problem with the wording, or anything to do with it, until now. That thread has been viewed in excess of 6,000 timesb and while I understand not all 6K have read every word of it, not one of them has felt the need to call out the author.
Until now.... - Hi Daved, and thanks for the statistics. Nice to know I'm unique. ;)
I'm certainly not 'calling out the author, in a negative sense, and I'd think that if someone cares enough about the quality and success of the Tips thread to offers suggestions that potentially could improve it, those suggestions wouldn't be viewed as a negative, or a criticism.
Would you? - Yes thats exactly how quite a few people took your first post, as you can see by the response youve recieved here. Negative and offensive. As I have told you before, not everything needs to be aired out here, a PRIVATE message goes a very long way sometimes. Just some food for thought, take it for what it is worth to you

It's actually less than 24 hours.- And I quote... "Im not being critical of the tips section when I explain..."
Daved, I clearly stated my meaning, and if someone chooses to ignore what's been stated in black and white and decides they're going to be upset, it's not my problem. it's theirs.
I'm a firm believer in treating everyone with common respect, but that doesn't mean walking on eggshells because someone is looking to be offended and defensive.
It's a tips page, right? It should be looked upon as a growing document, not a bible of holy writ.
The only reason that Tips thread was created was to help people. So, what's wrong with making improvements to further help people? Absolutely nothing.
Simply because someone doesn't heap glowing praise on it, does not mean they are insulting the author, right? "daved7637397;c-1766231" wrote:

Just so I understand, what do you mean by 'quite a few'? I only see a couple of people on this thread that could be consider to take issue with my post. Are you saying that others have communicated with you privately about this?- Ok clearly you either dont get what Im saying, or have no interest in what I am saying, so Im done trying to explain it to you. Have a nice day!
- No Daved, I'm at a complete loss to what you're saying. I thought I addressed all of your points fairly and openly as any adult would.
But, since you've slammed that door closed we'll never know, which is ironic since the subject of the thread was about gaining knowledge. :D "stinkbugger;c-1766250" wrote:

Stinkbugger, Thanks for the correction. I keep seeing a day or 24 hours between exchanges so I can't seem to find the exact time between changing out tasks so if you have an exact time frame it resets I will change it my post.
Beastlymm, I hope my post helped you somewhat but if there is something you need clarified in it let me know and I can try to do so. You can also you can check out this thread:

It gives a pretty thorough run down on the daily challenges.- Awesome, Windsong. I truly appreciate the help.
