People getting Ralph is a glitch. For a unkown reason people have been getting the update earlier, which is why you see Ralph. Hope this Helps! :-)

Ralph is part of the level 26 update which shouldn't have been released yet, but some people have received this update and a lot of them are now not able to get onto the game :(
