Raven Bart

As far as I know, Raven Bart does nothing yet but might have a purpose later on. I would say get Raven Bart since it is limited time only. The Squeaky Voice Teen is pretty sweet and has higher exp/money for tasks, but you can always get him.

    Raven Bart flies when you touch it, there is no real benefit to getting it, at this point in time. You may however want to get the limited time character, so that you do not regret having not gotten it later on.
