Reembolso sem consentimento
Duas compras minhas no jogo foi estornada sem eu nem solicitar reembolso, como já gastei os itens, minha conta corre o risco de sofrer banimento ou ter que pagar de alguma forma ?

Você ainda deu sorte que estornou, o meu até agora não caiu nada, vou ter que ir no procon e meter processo pra recuperar, ninguém resolve nada.

I believe you will be okay. just do not abuse this issue. I don't know how to fix it. This seems to happen randomly to players for the last 2 years. I don't know why EA hasn't fixed this issue or made a big deal of it with the app store.
