Release older buildings for newer players!
Well, many of the items were limited time or tied to episodes, so it wouldn't make sense to release them again. They have released some old items here and there so you never know though.

No way. Why should new players get all the same buildings as someone who has been playing so much longer? I get so jealous whenever i see the Itchy and Scratchy balloons in my friends town because i REALLY want them, but i wasn't playing it at that time so understand.
The whole point of limited items is that once they are gone, they are gone. You need to be playing at that time to get them.
