Uninstall then reinstall is only thing I can think of if that doesn't work you got some kinda bug

Force closing the app doesn't seem to fix it as I've tried doing it on both devices and restarting the devices as well. Somehow I think it has something to do with it being opened on both an iPhone and iPad as we all seem to have that in common. I basically got stuck on pt. 1 of the quest again after opening it on the iPad after previously completing the quest on the iPhone.
