Uninstall then reinstall is only thing I can think of if that doesn't work you got some kinda bug

- It's now Day 5 and still no fix. Got a facebook message saying one day left to get the free building and exclusive storyline.
It's looking less likely we'll be able to get it before they remove it. - Same problem here.
