response from EA about loosing snakes

figured it would only be right to prove it with a pic, after all don't wanna be labled as one of the many people who try and troll on here, also getting a little annoyed with all the people trying to say "it's part of the game, it's meant to happen" lol

hopefully they do get it sorted soon though, as at the moment if i visit all my friends then with the amount i lose taken off what i get i only end up with 5-10 more than i had before i visited my friends, so it's holding me back a lot with progressing through the prizes
