Sorry to have to tell you this.. But no matter what " support" tells you, we are just people that love and play the game. Well.. We play it. :?

This is a great community, the people here will help you out in ways that you could never imagine. If they could help give you with anything you missed because of bugs. They would!

But no one here can.

There is no EA support here..

You want probability odds based on players average? Yeah..
You want a list of everything possible and the dates they were available.. Yeah..
Spreadsheets how best to acquire whatever whenever.. Yeah..
A heads up on things that will be released in the next 6 mos. ... Yeah

Simple game support.. No. :?

The people in this forum will go above and beyond to help you with everything about this game. I have yet to see anyone from EA post here.

Stay with it.. Because as crappy as the support from the makers is.. The people that play the game make it worth it.

    EA support has been useless with the problems with this event. I lost three days of bonus track after phase 1, and I'm staill waiting for them to resolve my issue. I'm on the phase 2 bonuses now, and getting a whole whopping ONE PIECE OF TRACK for all my effort.

    And if track is available after the event ends, it will probably cost a bunch of donuts per section.

    Pretty sure it's random. For the bonus tracks, I've gotten more straight pieces than curved ones and that makes me happy. :D Maybe as you go along, you'll start to get less curved ones.
