No it's not, and also Legs and Louie joint task. I'm beginning to think that they just don't care!

He's completed the 10 hour of the 12 so far and during this period I have put things into the inventory take them back out. Moved some decorations, exited the game, restarted and he's still on the mechanical bull.
This has been the longest he has sat on the bull for me so far. The task has to complete yet for another two hours though.
