Rigellian Queen

So we have to finish the spooky house quest line first before the queen & hut appear??? I still need just under 100 broken fences to get the spooky house, have they delayed the release purposely so those with infinite donuts can't get everything straight away??? On another note I don't want to waste the stuff I've collected on the pumpkin house when I've already got one, plus not bothered about getting the giant pumpkin either - we don't have to craft these before they release the other bits???
