Righteousness
I have a partial star for "righteousness". I need to keep criminals and graffiti off the streets.
What should I buy to accomplish that?

- Training wall, definitely! I believe the Nero's Walls count towards your Righteousness rating as well, if you were playing during the Casino Event. They're much smaller and easier to work with.
- I stopped bothering to stay at 5 stars. Wasn't worth building a ton of the walls just to have the extra half percent bonus.
- I just noticed today that I have a righteousness problem, too.

Absolutely this. Besides, in my experience every time I suffer one of these righteousness drop offs, sooner or later it always goes back up.
