Hey, I have a similar issue. I have chronic ear eczema. Comes and goes, moves from one ear to the other and effects my breathing which is scary sometimes. I've been avoiding the Dr. because of Covid. I'll be fully vaccinated by mid-May and so I'll get this taken care of. But, it's oddly comforting to hear someone else has the lung issue. Hope you're well soon. It's amazing how much havoc ear issues can cause. Dizziness, vertigo, nausea, headache.
