Road Bridge Railing over water Item Count

I want to add on more details to @4junk3000 latest comments about reducing road bridges over water to reduce item counts and also to answer @0Brooders0 question on the same issue in that thread.

A unit of road bridge railing, which you create by adding water across a road is counted as one item. So if you built a nice bridge consisting of railing on both sides of the road, that will be counted as two items.

But interestingly, if you have hit the current maximum item limit of 9600 (Thanks @tapebelt), you can continue to add as many bridges as you want without a problem. However, at any time you need to add another item into the town, you need to dismantle either these bridges or remove other items so that it goes below 9600 again.

A unit of road bridge railing consists of two water arches and three light bulbs.

The adding of water bodies does not add into the item count.
