While many of these are correct (personally verified) the 24 hour one is not. I've had some characters on 24 hour jobs and was checking at 2 hours 24 minutes and they were not rushable for free. At least before today's update. I don't know if that changed it or not.
Confirmed - my 24 h quest shows 2h 20min to completion and the rush still costs donuts. Will try to watch as much as possible to try to catch the switch to free rush.
