Sacred Parchment Task Reset Time (Now Contains Spoilers)

I'm in New England, so Eastern Standard Time, which I believe is 6 hours behind Greenwich Mean Time. My Parchment task renews at 4 am EST.

Edit:
I think it changed though. The first night was 12 midnight I think. I feel like it's been getting later and later. I'm pretty sure it was 4 am last night though.
