It's definitely doable. I got all the prizes in 5-6 days, and even if you're behind, I would imagine you have played at least a little bit...you may want to look into the "lose to win" strategy for a boost; I haven't used it, because it seems like more trouble than it's worth, and I still got way ahead of things.
