Halloween act 3 possible glitch

Looks like they gave out free Itchys! I logged in today & he was activated in my town, but I did not have him before.

This is the issue I’m having HELP

? they have to, is anyone else having this problem? Itchy was released back in 2018 so most new members are going to run into this problem or anyone who doesn’t have itchy sadly

But Itchy's not in the store, only on certain limited spots, after his first official release (2018).
Scratchy, on the other hand, he was available in the Yearbook, as a random 30 donut prize.

Problem is, Itchy was rarely present in most events. And even if you don't have Scratchy, the event still is impossible. I suggested recently that a SKIP option is made to avoid being stuck in the event, OR make Itchy available for purchase in the Premium Store (for a limited time). Even for new gamers, there's going to be a lot of problems.
I started playing since October 2020, and I had very little experience.

So, the 3rd Act of this event has just started, and already EA slammed us with a bug. And Itchy isn't even on sale. I already got Scratchy, of course.

usually the game is coded so it will not prompt the task if you don't have the character so EA will have to fix it
