Saving up Daily Challenges
I usually dump unwanted Daily Challenges as quickly as I can, but If the game follows the recent pattern we should get a new event of some sort on Tuesday. If there are event Challenges to go with it...

It works. I usually keep unwanted challenges and change them until they pay out donuts. I had one saved when pagan event began and it was changed to event challenge.
