Scratchers

BEWARE the golden scratchers unless you really like spending time with EA tech support....... The last 3 times I have purchased scratchers now I have had to spend HOURS with EA tech support to get them. I pay- it goes through and no scratcher appears - no extra donuts - nothing......... and then the horrible time amount of time proving to EA that I was charged and received nothing begins................................. so much wasted time- disconnects from chat, starting conversation over and over. Apparently I cannot purchase golden scratchers on my account - which makes me sad as I'm poor and that little bit is about all I can spend on my precious donuts. so beware players! there is a glitch with the scratchers!
