Secret of the Grem-alien eggs
So yesterday I had a few eggs cached up. I went to the Friendiverse and dropped 5 in Other Springfield (the maximum you can drop there).
Sometime later I thought "It's about time my grem-aliens come back..." Nope, they're still running around Other Springfield.
A while later: still no return, still in Other Springfield.
Even later: still no return, still in Other Springfield.
"Well, if they haven't returned tomorrow morning I contact tech support".
Went to bed, woke up in the middle of the night to use the toilet, checked into the game (this is when you know you're addicted folks...). Still no probes from the grem-aliens. Still in Other Springfield.
Got up this morning, logged in and started tapping all the aliens, then dropped into the Friendiverse to collect all the probes I could get from them. Yup, the grem-aliens are still running around other Springfield. I'll have to contact tech support.
Meanwhile I decided to drop a few eggs in the other towns to see what would happen...
While I'm tapping aliens I get a pop-up message saying 1 of my grem-aliens has been squished by...
I get back to my town and (drumroll please) immediately get a pop-up stating that my grem-aliens have collected 22 probes from other Springfields!
Ah Ha! You can't just drop eggs in Other Springfield! You have to drop at least one in someone else's town!
I don't know yet if they have to squish it or if they'll all return when the timer on the one in your friend's town runs out on it's own. I'm not getting a lot of eggs.
