I had this issue and the fix for me was deleting built-up pending friend requests. Are you unable to accept friend requests because the screen will not load?
I had 590 pending requests and was getting kicked out every couple of minutes. The invite list wouldn't load on my phone so I had to download the origin software and delete them all from my PC. After that the problem was gone.
