Server crash

I haven't been able to connect since 11:30 PM on April 21 I checked again now and still not connection too.

I blame the rushians

OMG enough with the crashes I'm so sick of the Bart screen!

I've been having trouble with connectivity for weeks, i keep getting the Bart screen. But i was at least able to play the game.

I just now was playing, an noticed a significant slow down in my game. It got much worse at exactly 10edt, which is 7pdt, and is very possibly an indicator they're doing a maintenance or hardware swap or similar, because that's typically when these things are scheduled. I've worked in many data centers, as well as coordinated outages with California teams, and this is frequently when major upgrade services are scheduled.

So hopefully by Monday we'll have some kind of improvement. Cross your fingers, pray to the Skyfinger, etc, that they've been working on a problem, and not just abandoning the platform.

The first time someone told me to reinstall the game I thought that it would result in my town being set back to the starting screen (Homer nuking Springfield). No way I wanted that to happen! I was glad when I was assured that, as long as I was not playing my town "anonymous", my town would be unaffected. Whew.

Good luck with your reinstall. I found the game worked much better after I did that. :)

So someone, alledgedly from EA help says everything is fine and youre happy? The same EA help that says things like "a fix is on the way" or "post on our official fourms so the developers can see and fix your problems" I could go on and on.

Thats assuming that the conversation happened in the first place. Maybe we should think about things a little more before posting them as fact, in 6 different threads, nonetheless

Yes, it seems that having a Samsung device is the issue.
