SH hidden bonus only apply to...

Buildings placed on SH plots? It seems that my buildings on SH property are the only ones benefiting from the hidden XP. I have 10 classic mansions, 10 modern mansions, 1 valet parking, 1 briskness center. My conform-o-meter is 59.05%.
