I'm just going to give this a bump. There have been more than a dozen threads about this, so we need an official one. The title is clear and it's the earliest (that I know of) thread specifically about this issue.

I'm working to get a progress report on this. I'm as frustrated about it as anyone. We just need to sit tight until it can get worked out.
