So which of these two characters do you recommend I should get?I am really torn cuz, I love both of these characters but I can only afford one for now. If you do the railyard, Uter is a no-brainer. Also one of my favourite characters as well.

I really like Uter, he is very helpful with the railyard! But it bothers me that he doesn't have a 4hr task!

Uter does have a 4 hour task, but it requires the school bus for the task. If you didn't buy Otto and the school bus, use the moonbounce 4 hour task.
