Uter over Mel is an easy pick.
I love Barney, but his price is rather hefty so you might be better off waiting for a repeat of the deal they did for him when they added his astronaut skin or a new equivalent offer at some point.
Duffman is a great one to pick up. I'd easily pick him before Mel and if Uter wasn't useful for recycling I'd probably even get DM before him too.
